NK Office: Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

NK Office is a record-keeping app for advocates, published by Advocate Narinder Kumar, Amritsar.

What data the app stores

Everything you enter (cases, clients, title search reports, mortgage and DRT records, bills) and every photo you add is stored on your own device.

If you choose to sign in with your Google account, the same data is also stored in a Google Firebase database so that it stays with your account and syncs to your other phones. Only you and the Gmail addresses you add yourself (for example your clerk or junior) can read it. The developer does not sell or share this data, and it is not used for advertising.

If you do not sign in, nothing leaves your device.

Microphone and camera

The microphone is used only while you press the voice button, to turn your speech into text. Speech recognition is provided by your phone's browser (for example Google on Android), under that provider's privacy policy. The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo of a document.

Sharing

Data leaves your device only when you choose to share it yourself, for example sending a bill to a bank branch by email or a diary list on WhatsApp, or downloading a backup file.

Deleting data

You can delete any entry inside the app, and a deletion also removes it from your synced account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes the data from that device. To delete your synced account data completely, write to the contact address below.
